Of recent, both elbows make popping noise every single time i straighten them. Why is that happening? popping is loud enough to be audible to my next person too.

Hey Doc I don’t think I have Tennis Elbow. I used exercise two but instead of pointing my fingers down, I pointed them up and felt the pain relief. What would that pain be called? And would you happen to have more exercises for that pain? Thanks.
