I will definitely do this exercise, my knee hurts more but also, a few months I sprained my ankle ; and so now my ankle hurts and my knee hurts worst.

Strengthen the muscles can decrease the pain in the joint, but if the ligamemts are loose you need to work on the ligaments, or the muscles will go back to being weak and the pain will come back, key is to do squats as slow as possible till the muscles fatigue, then your working the ligaments

Hi Fellas, This morning I was watching in bed while icing my knee. After I had taken Tramadol and 500 mg if Tylenol. I haven’t found relief in days. You demonstrated a quick simple exercise, foot up on chair holding and supporting both sides of the knee, gently twisting inward. I would have NEVER twisted my painful knee. First, it didn’t hurt secondly it was better and pain free in seconds, I didn’t even do reps! You are the absolute BEST! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart 💜

Leg extensions :Who can't do these??? – me lol lateral release caused more knee cap pain, then had a repeat lateral release and a tibial tuberosity transfer 2 months ago. lol everything is stiff and sore but its getting there.
