I had so much fun creating this workout for you! This workout to the 50's & 60's is created to thank all of you who have commented, liked and subscribed to my channel (and of course, if you are new here, welcome to my channel!). In this workout, we'll move to Jailhouse Rock, Hound Dog, Great Balls of Fire, Tutti Frutti and more. This walking workout is suitable for anyone wanting to work out at home. I would assume most of you seeing this video are seniors since you're the biggest fans of the music of the 50's! I know there is a huge range of fitness abilities with seniors so please keep in mind your limitations and work within those limitations. If the movement is too fast for you, please slow down your pace and do whatever move or pace works best for YOU. I hope you all enjoy the workout! Also, please have a chair handy for the stretching portion at the end. Since I feel most of you will be seniors, I thought stretching from a chair would be best:) By all means, you can stand for most of the stretches, too, if you choose.

FANTASTIC! I haven't had this much fun since my honeymoon 32 years ago! LOL! This was the quickest 20 minutes, while actually enjoying exercising, that I have found on YouTube! THANK YOU for making me WANT to exercise again in my 60s! You are my new best friend, Jules! š

I am 71 and i fully enjoy it. Shirt but not much rest and every parts of my body moves. 20 min just enough to be part of every morning and without ache next day. My frozen shoulder, left side can follow every move, with minor pain. Thanks.

I've just discovered your videos and am delighted so far! I do not, however, find this video has the variety of the 80s music video — only sidesteps for the most part — so I'm not likely to exercise to this video again. I TRIED THIS ONE AND I DID LIKE THE MUSIC VERY MUCH BUT ITS A LITTLE FAST FOR ME . I JUST DID ANOTHER VIDEO HERE IT WAS A SEATED ONE FOR 55 MINS AND NOW IM TIRED TODAY.
I'm 78 and lead a busy life so I like to keep as fit as possible and am absolutely delighted with your workouts, they are such fun and I always finish with a smile on my face. A big thank you and long may I keep doing them.
