These exercises have really helped me and I am also doing your lower back stretches but I do have leg pain trouble with the hamstring stretch at the end. I can only do one repetition for left, center and right hamstring and my legs get fatigued and start to spasm slightly. Is it beneficial to separate the 4 to 5 reps by hourd , i.e. doing single reps throughout the day instead of all at one. Thanks.

I been dealing with sciatica/spinal stenosis for the past 2 years and I'm 26 still young , it happened from a accident , but anyways Ive had to get epidural shots in my back an do physical therapy , this video gave alot of good advice an good ways to relieve pain an it really works for me , I don't have sleepless nights anymore, I would recommend anyone to try an do stretches daily to relieve pain ,it really felt like a miracle for me learning these stretches
