It can be done. 3 years ago lost 110 lb. No surgery and I have not gained the weight back at all in fact if anything I have to work at maintaining my weight and not getting too . I basically just adhere to the following principles. Enough sleep, weight-bearing exercise at-home half hour a day three times a week and of course diet. I do not eat more than twice a day and three days a week I only eat one time a day. My diet only consists of making sure that I don't have more than 30 g of sugar a day that I get at least 30 G of fiber every day and I get at least 60 G of protein everyday. The food I eat needs to be 30 30 and 60. I never get hungry and I am no longer borderline diabetic I am no longer hypertensive. The osteoarthritis is better because I'm not carrying the weight around but I still have it. I will be 64 in November 2022.
I'm 60yo and for the last two years, i get no pump when I work out, none what supplement am I missing? 10 to 15 reps, 15 second rest 10 sets no pump just tired. GIVE ME A TIP TO GET PUMPED, PLEASE
I'm a 64 year old women. I lost my husband a year ago. I'm raising two of my grandchildren ages 7 and 9. I have R/A so you know my joints hurt. I'm 5ft 2in and weigh 258.4lbs. I have purchased a treadmill a nice NordicTrack used but in great shape. I must get healthy and also lose weight not just for myself but my grandchildren need me. I cant afford a personal trainer nor can I go to a gym or afford one. I need your help very badly. I'm not trying to get thin thin but I need a healthy weight. I need guidance please help me.
Glad to have found your channel. I use to work out in my teens, twenties and even thirty's – but life happened and I got busy putting other things ahead of me. Now I'm in my sixties and when I put on a white shirt to go to my wife's funeral I took a picture and looked and thought "I look like a freaking cloud!".
Starting with Keto and Intermittent Fasting (I.f.) and I'm walking a bit too, but now I need to up my game. I'm ready. Let's do this!
I just don't understand how someone who is either just starting to be in their 40's or not even in their 40's is going to explain to someone in their 60's how to workout, I mean…one would NEED to be in their 60's to explain, right? Because someone as young as this guy doesn't know what it is to begin working out as a 60 something year old WITH a 60 something year old body….just saying

I was always taking care of everyone never took care of me.. my husband got sick with cancer…was very emotional and stress💔😔i try but i get emotional and stop….thank you for this

I worked out in my younger days for years was very buffed up I then took off for few years then got back into it again gotten pumped up fast then took off few years again now just gettin back into it again working slowly at it but muscle has memory I get back great size fast that what I had when I was in my 20s & the young chicks are trying to pick up on me at my older age amazing…

I have a bad disk, lower back but need to work off belly fat and strengthen the muscles. I want a flat stomach! No more fat!
Excellent video! I'm a proponent of bodyweight exercises and walking. The more we move our bodies, the healthier we are. Average walking speed studies show that an older person’s pace, along with their age and gender, can predict their life expectancy just as well as the complex battery of other health indicators such as blood pressure, body mass index, chronic conditions, and smoking history

OK, so 60 just happened. Doctors say I can put high blood pressure and cholesterol meds behind me if I change my lifestyle. Brian, thank you for taking an interest in us aging boomers. Right then… here we go.
Are the workouts the same for men and women?
