Great knee stretchs, my knee pain is odd. I can not put my weight back on heels so I can kneel but can't go fully back and sit kneeling, hope that is clear, I can do all flexing when I'm lying down, but not take the weight the other way. Help please

This is the best knee exercise. I have bad knees and i cannot walk effectively even after i had sterois injected to my knees. I started doing this and now i can walk and hour and a half. I do these knee exercises after my walks. thank you for sharing. Great job. I also do your 60 min. and 45 min. weight and toning exerices twice a week. i do this knee exercises evry day. and they are very effective.

Love this one! I'd like to suggest a video for ankle mobility/ stretching/ strengthening. Both of my ankles have been injured impeding my ability to jump or hop properly and also affects some balancing movements. Just a thought

Hey just started doing this yesterday. My knee doesnt hurt as much anymore, I was very surprised! I'm doing it again today, hopefully it will reduce the pain again. Just wondering, can I do it twice a day? like 1 in the morning and 1 before I go to sleep?

Thank you so much. Your videos are so effective and helpful. I have suffered a work related injury and after only a short while following your videos I am getting my mobility back again! I didn't even know about the iliotibial band until this video and i have had a very specifically located pain in that area since my injury. Since stretching there it feels better. I did this stretch routine after 3 days of persistent knee pain in both knees. I woke up the next day and it was 90% resolved! I was able to walk, bend, and sit comfortably throughout the day. Thank you again HAS fitness!
