When I'm exercising my arms feel like lead they're so heavy but I know in time that will change I'm following you trying to follow you everyday before going back to the doctor I lost 10 lbs which is great for me and I'm going to maintain that and lose more but I just feel so tired after I exercise sometimes but I feel better during the day thank you for walking through this with me
