Deepti..yes.. your workouts are low impact.. I have small feet compared to those of my same height which is 160cm. 90 kilos. My feet are 25cm..poor feet n knees ๐ manufacturing defect ๐. Pear shaped body. Hypothyroidism. Lost 2 kilos in 2 months with your beginner workout only. Loved your workouts. Never got bored. Have energy to do 2 beginner workout videos at once but unable to do coz of pains. That's why I asked for your help. ๐ Thank you for the replies and concern you show to your followers.
