U am 67! This was sooooo good!👍🏻❤️Thank you!😊
I enjoy the workout, but the constant chattering is unendurable. So I shut off the sound and it is fine.
Greetings from ‘across the pond’ in England.
Absolutely love your delivery. I have a few health conditions and need to keep my anaerobic HR threshold at 220 minus my age x 0.6. This is ideal and you are so encouraging which is fantastic.
Thanks for this video.
Congratulations to all of you who have the knees to finish this workout!
Starts off looking doable and ends up looking like I'll be needing some new joints 😂

Turned 72 and I hurt myself last week for lack of flexibility. I decided to do some low impact before something worse happens. Thank You very much!
I'm 51, was looking for exercises to do that are not to high impact, as I'm still recovering from a serious ankle injury that happened over 2 ½ yrs ago. I have to wear a ankle brace & found I could manage these exercise fine.
