Had to come back, to explain the pds. I started with hasfit in Nov. (2021) and it is March 2nd. So it wasn't a week thing, took me time, but happy to have lost them. I'm not with hasfit for weight, but to keep these bones in movement. They hurt 24/7, but that isn't stopping me. OBTW, I'm 70 yrs young. Love hasfit, 🌹 has been helping me alot. And im telling everyone of Hasfit. See ya soon.
Whew, I just keep going, I do my best, even with my pains. I have to admit, I lost the 8 pds I had gained, I feel better, and happier. The pains will go away sooner or later, I try not to even think of them. Just trying to keep these bones moving. And what keeps me going are the teachers.. thank you very much. See ya soon.

We are still watching. Almost 3 years.
Im 83 years old and I have been doing Hasfit routines on and off for the last several years. I also have Type 2 diabetes, some problems are I dont always eat right and get lazy. Then the numbers and pains go up. The first is to improve my diet, which is easy, second is come back and see coach Hasfit, that I have to work at. It works and I enjoy it. I normally I do 2 different routines, the huffing and puffing goes up and the suger numbers go down. As for as Im concerned
these senior work outs are the best, you push us but dont try to kill us which makes me want to come back again, and again. Thank You
