I love the short exercise as well, I can always fit them into my day. Sometimes I do them twice a day, along with some walking. Thanks Mike, your doing a great job.
nice set of exercises. My balance is noticeably worse so will add this into my daily routine.
So grateful I found this video as I am currently helping my sister recover from a stroke and heart attack. She is getting stronger through both OT and PT but still has balance issues making her a fall risk; we will be doing this exercise EVERYDAY ❤️
Should we do these exercises more than once a day. They are excellent. Very helpful

These short exercise classes are just right for me and I've become a Mike fan.
My neurologist gave me a prescription to go to a physical therapist for balance lessons. I figured I could find just as good of instructions on YouTube and I'm right. Now I won't have to drive 10 miles to and from the P.T.'s office and spend money on gas to get there. I will avoid the annoyance of dealing with a receptionist, filling out a patient history, and interacting with my insurance company. I'll have no copays. I can do the exercises at home–and in my jammies if I want to.
