I'm not going to lie, I did this this morning not knowing if it was going to help, and for the first time in probably a year I put my pants on standing up rather than sitting on the edge of my bed. Also bent down and picked my son up with no pain. This WORKS! Will be incorporating this into my daily routine once in the morning and once before bed. Thank you!

Thanks Caroline, I have sciatica and various post menopausal ailments. I'm building my health back up after illness, and I'm proud to have committed to this 21 minute or so workout every day now for 2 weeks. It's been forever since I've taken time for myself to recover. I'm getting results, slowly and surely. Still a bit of hip pain at night, but no more down the leg shooting pain. I want to keep adding to my routine as I gain strength and flexibility. This is simply amazing Iโve have sciatica pain so sever this weekend I had to go to the hospital and I did these stretches just now barely walking today. After the stretches I got off the floor and was walking perfectly. How many time a day or weeks should these be done.
