At 1:44, you say to make sure you're ready for this because it can cause you injury. How might it cause injury? I'd just like to know what to watch out for so as to not cause injury. I have DDD (lumbar) and arthritis in my lower back and considering hydrotherapy to begin strengthening my abdominal muscles to take the pressure off my back muscles. Thank you.

Is it possible to make gym workout plan how to get more muscles when I have degenerative spinal disease? I just miss gym time. Doctors said I can't lift anything heavier than 5kg. I wake up with lower back pain and fall asleep with it. But I used to workout since I was 15. I simply can't live without it. Tried. Now 36yo and can't stand my life, body without muscles. Feeling so weak and not a man anymore. I have stenosis, spondylosis and scoliosis. 4 dixcs are off for 5,5 to 6,5mm. I don't want to give up and just ride bike and walk or do exercises with body weight.

In other words what he's saying is, "I'm not a doctor,;I'm just a YouTuber making videos from information I found from somewhere else and who knows if it's going to help or hurt you but please watch my video so I can get more views and subscriptions and likes and that's good for me (him)". The second he said to "go see a professional about your back pain" is the second I realized that this guy has no business giving advice on back pain. The first thought in my head after he said that was "why am I watching this video if I need to get professional advice?" YOU'RE supposed to be the professional and that's the purpose of me watching the video not because I want to watch people who want to be YouTube stars or build up a YouTube following so they can have a career change. The fact that he said for you to "go see a professional BEFORE you do any of this" tells me and should tell you that there is basically zero reason to take anything he says and apply it to your life because you very well could be, and most likely are, doing more damage than good. But you go ahead and listen to him and do what he says because it's you who's going to suffer the consequences not me. I'll be at home pain free and you'll be at home in pain because this guy has told you to do stuff where he has not PROPERLY DIAGNOSED YOUR PROBLEM and very well could be telling you to do the EXACT OPPOSITE of what you SHOULD be doing. So I'll be sitting at home pain free, you'll be sitting at home in pain, but at least you can tell me to f off and how much he knows compared to me which of course would be a wild guess considering no one knows how much research I've done into this topic. There's basically no point in even making this video after he said "go see a professional to make sure that these exercises are right for you". The obvious next question in your mind should be, "well then why the hell am I watching you tell me what to do to fix my back if you're not the professional?"
