How many times does each move repeat?
Hey doctor jo. How often should I do pendulums a day? I have minor pain and a lot of stiffness and aching going on in my shoulder.
Hello Dr Jo,
I've just found your video and already a couple of exercises felt like they provided instant relief. I have an old rotator cuff injury which was never operated on, and after starting up with pushups (adding pullups soon) it's been sore – nowhere near the pain of the original injury but my arm in certain positions tells me something is there. It is a dull pain like when you're stretching a muscle. Using your exercises, I found that while I don't feel any discomfort at all with some, others feel like a healthy stretch. Scapulations seem, however, to "hit the spot," the most. The pushups and pullups are necessary for me right now, and I wonder if, knowing that scapulations seem to target my pain area the most, you might have any extra advice to avoid further or re-injury?
Woke up with a sore shoulder and this REALLY helped! Thank you! 🙌
Hello, Dr. Jo, when I do the sleeper stretch, I felt pain on one side, but not on the other side (there was tension, but not pain), does this mean I should train the pain side more or I should not do this stretch? Thank you for any input!
Thank you very much
I ❤ ur dogs. Show some dog training vedios please
How far apart should my arms be when I do the prayer stretch?
I'm always checking up your channel every single time I feel like I gave myself an injury.
And no offense, but I hate the fact that I keep giving myself an injury quite frequently.
Thank you so much
Great video
Hi, Dr.Jo. Are these exercises good for injured rotator cuff( injured ligaments and tendons). Thank you very very much in advance for your reply.
Awesome presentation. Easy instructional videos with a clear and succinct delivery.

Hi, for the pendulum swings, how come other websites tell you to actually move your shoulder and arm in the instructions, they dont' move the whole body like you do, what is the difference?
I was told to do pt for my left one but everyone quit at my job so I've been putting in quadruple time I'll just do these when its slow
When I do the first stretch my left arm starts tingling bad. I've sprained and or picked a nerve on my left side from falling asleep while laying on my left shoulder and it has hurt for 3 weeks now almost 4 weeks.
these are excellent !
Arm aches can’t raise it above head
These are some of the best rotator cuff exercises I have found. I'm sure if I continue to slowly do these twice a day, and eventually 3x a day, I will regain the rotation of my shoulder/arm. It feels better already.
