Thanks for the info. I’ve been extremely frustrated because I run 6 miles a day and no weight loss. Very discouraging
I'm 56 and my body has really changed. I make it a point to move at least 15 minutes plus per day. I do yoga, walk, different videos, pilates, dance…and I keep my calories to 1350 day. The weight is very slowly moving off…I was always 140 and I just can't take even 5 lbs off now. Very frustrating. I probably need to get my hormones checked. I don't want to go on HRT. I have too many health issues. Sleep is not easy for me…so maybe that's it. Stress has been tough also. I guess we just have to do the best we can do.

I’m 44 and I am having a very hard time losing weight. I feel as though I’m all over the place.
1. Household full of junk foods
2. Stress
3. Too tired to exercise
4. Lack of sleep
5. Being vegetarian (may not be getting enough protein)
6. Boredom (causes me to eat unhealthy at times)

I cut out alcohol 🍷, sugary food 🥘 like deserts, higher protein, more water 💦, walking at lunch break, 3 times a week home fitness workout plus gym with weights. I’m working on losing 10kgs
I’m so grateful to God!! That finally my life is back to normal!! Because for years I wasn’t living. I was a body in chronic pain, a prisoner to my bed, heating pad & painkillers/ anti anxiety meds / depression i was losing my mind.
Couldn’t drive.
Couldn’t go out
Couldn’t be an active wife
Couldn’t be a supportive wife.
Couldn’t be anything my life was a whole mess

I just turn 40. Seven months ago I stopped eating processed foods, artificial sweeteners, soda, peanut butter, dairy and gluten. I have been walking an hour every day. I do weightlifting 2 times a week. I am not losing weight. I have been overweight since my 20's. I focus on quality protein, a lot of vegetables and honey. I just don't know what else to do . It is so frustrating.

Thank you, I’m 42 abs I was in denial. I used to fast for 72 hours and look amazing. I would eat once salad a day a few years ago. Now I’m wondering why I can’t seem to drop a simple 20lbs! I have to rethink this entire thing. 140lbs – goal weight 120.
