So glad I found your channel. Now I know I can reach the goals I set out to do in 2019. It was my fiftieth year and I trained so I could feel good on holiday for my birthday. I carried on and was going to the gym for a year……………then March 2020 happened. I have watched all the work I did deplete and lost the firmness, which I was going to really push on getting stronger and more toned.
