Ok guys. Did this video yesterday and all day long my shoulder did not hurt and I could raise my left arm totally above my head. When I would reach for the upper shelf, I was ready for pain, but there way none. Such a blessing. Back today and will be every day as this really worked for me. My pain upon waking was less and I beat the first tape mark before exercising and the second tape mark after exercising is on the ceiling!!! Thank you!
Gentlemen, I have had left shoulder pain for months that wasn’t terrible, but definitely was limiting my range of motion and it hurt. I thought it would just go away. It didn’t and has gotten worse so today I said that is enough. I amazed! I followed along doing these along with you today, and now my tape differential is huge. I can totally raise my left arm above my head again. I am sold on these exercises and will be doing them daily to totally heal my shoulder. Thanks so much!
My Sweetheart is 86 years young and has constant pain in his shoulders. He can’t lift his arms much. Will exercise help at this point?

Hi Bob and Brad. I am an old subscriber of yours and this channel changed my life. I was in big lumbar pain with crural radiation to the front of the legs and under the knee. Your exercises and advice helped me to control this so I can go on with my life (I have L1-L3 bulging disk with radiculopathy on both legs and osteocondroze). I also have C5-C6 issues. All these are diagnosed by doctors and MRI. I will like to ask you about thoracic issues. I am 49, male, overweight and I work a lot at a desk (PC). I have 1 small tender point in my thoracic area, 1-2 cm left from the thoracic spine. I feel it tender when I press with my finger. I feel no change on the muscle or the aspect of the skin…just this tender point when I press it with my finger, like 1 cm area. It is felt near the surface of the skin. It is a pandemic and I cannot go now to the doctor. I do not ask you to diagnose me., I know this is not possible online. Can you make a video about tender to pressure spots in the spine area? It is muscle? It is nerves? Or something else? Thank you!

The first stretch you did, shoulder extension, I just go down on the ground and use a swiss ball instead of a pole, to get a nice steady and controlled shoulder stretch.
The exercise at 6:20, the external rotation, hurts me. What rotator cuff muscle did I injury ?

Thank you so much for these great exercises. Saving lots of problems out here.
I do this initial stretch with loop bands. If you grab a band (loop or tubed) behind your back with your arm to your side…like reaching backwards instead of using the pole, wall or counter top you'll feel a better stretch. You can add resistance as well. Then as it gets better you can do reps by bring your arm forward.
This is a great video showing how to stretch your shoulder. I like the simple way of measuring with tape to see your progress.
I have impingement in both shoulders, and even had surgery years ago before I ever thought about doing therapy like this.
