I have been having issues with my sciatica so I think I will do this one tomorrow which would be a good one because Sunday's are active recovery day for me. I see you both have shoes on but I am pretty sure it can also be done barefoot.

hi i have bad lower back pain and left side really hurts do to a fall lying legs raise i have a hard time with it i still can do it and also the one 90 90 stetch that one is not good i do it putting the legs down no problem but putting my body straight no way i also have a curve in my spine always had a hard time with that one.like pigeon pose in yoga .almost like 90 90 have a hard time is it my hips that are not straight u think .thanks.I REALLY LIKE THIS THANK SOOO MUCH HAVE A NICE DAY.
