Hi Mike, I've been doing your exercises and finding them helpful (71 with PAD). How often should they be done, please? Daily, or every other day?

Hi, just found your videos and looking forward to starting them! I have a torn meniscus (injury is 8 months old and still waiting to see an ortho surgeon). Do you have any specific exercises that I could do that won't aggravate the injury, but help me lose weight and tone up? Thanks!

this is a really good workout if you feel you do not have time for the longer ones. Do not be fooled by the 30 minute time frame. It really is a good workout for the upper and lower body. Your muscles will thank you for it.

BeccaA says:

I am not a senior.. I’m 28 actually, and with two under two, I’m surprised that my muscles are just so weak and I am having some kind of sciatic/ nerve/ pain issues that are scaring me… I’ve only done a few minutes of this video and of another one about peripheral nerve pain down the leg and foot and wow so far so good. I’m working up to finishing both videos and I’m really liking your content. Thank you so much for caring about people and doing these workouts. So far every other workout or nerve/pain related video I’ve found was still just too much for me as simple as they were.. your videos are perfect I’m excited to get back into exercising and I feel your videos are helping me get strong again.
