Can you make the same version but repeat the stretches and exercises at least 5 or 6 times. I love this but only doing each stretch 2x I can’t keep up. So glad I found you! I'm 71 and my knees don't get me to the ground lol.
I have suffered with LBP for years! I am overweight and only 4'11", so I'm sure that is a lot of the problem.
I need to strengthen lower back muscles…as that helped before the pandemic..I belonged to a gym then
The gym closed, and little by little the back pain has returned. big time.
I cannot even walk a half block without pain.
It's so depressing because there are so many things I would like to do, but just can't.
Of course, low motivation doesn't help!
Thank you for your videos, I saw several good exercises I am able to do!
