After my second cervical spinal fusion surgery this year my shoulders feel like somebody is pushing down on them they feel heavy and not really sore but impeded. I started a few of your light stretches but is this going to last forever. I'm old

I just got a sign of impingement on my left arm, I’m a Hair stylist 💇‍♀️ making people feel mentally amazing and beautiful but nothing for me . These simple exercises look like they are gonna be a great help so thanks 🙏 😂 lifting weights mike, loving him already- Oh I got a massage bed I will take it out as a tool to help me rest my body when practicing those exercises. Oh I’ve got plenty of pillows too 😆 oh I’m 52 but I feel like a 45 and I look like a 40 yrs old too . Been active for the last 20 yrs but due to my profession is what I’ve gotten here, MIKE good job hun

I would love to have some advice or a video on what to do if you don’t have a good arm? I have one shoulder no range of motion, odd shape joint (congenital) and awaiting a TSR – because I can’t use that arm I now think I have shoulder impingement on what was the good side 😭

So—question: could I add a 10lb kettle bell to the pendulum? I’ve had some issues with my left arm/shoulder/even ulnar nerve at one point over this past year… shoulder screeches in pain at me every time I raise my arm to wave and/or do various things… HALLLP!

Once I had frozen shoulder few months back n the exercises really worked. After I got better I continue with the same routine now I'm pain free.
Make daily (few)exercise routine my friends that's the ultimate remedy.
I miss Bob n Brad chemistry yet Mike is really a cool addition. Cute guy he is young n pain free so he enjoys the performance 🙂
