I just had Hernia Surgery for femoral, went to work and pulled a Groin muscle , Dr used Sonagram no tear , Thank God. But don't exercise until after 4 weeks from Rest and ice. Unfortunately I live in the Real world can't take off of work. Suffering now it's been 3 days

thanks for the helpful tips in excercise. i was playing basketball and pulled my groin for the first time. has not healed properly for at least 3 months now and i'm looking for good excercises for it now.

Hi, just wondering if doing bridges with contracting the adductors and glutes with the ball, is the opposite effect of the 3rd exercise?

Thanks for this very helpful video. I am travelling and do not have a foam roller with me. Any tips? (i.e. is there a slight different version of the same exercise? or an alternative exercise?)
Great first two exercises, last one looks very confusing… it looks more like she's pushing her hip into the wall, not her knee?
