I am a 66 year old therapist and yoga instructor. I like your workouts but… I encourage you to look through a trauma lens with your language. Between 30 and 50% of the people (especially women) who are in your audience are survivors of trauma. I find some of your language triggering for trauma survivors (like the parent subbing the infants face in the diaper…etc).

Fantastic workout for my 46 year old body. Love the honesty and instruction. One funny piece of feedback to share…every time you said the word ‘done’ after each set I thought you were saying ‘DIE’.
