This video is so effective! So well narrated. I got joint pain in my left shoulder due to some odd sleeping pattern might be. The pain has totally reduced by practicing 'pectoralis stretches.' Further, your demonstration is at a relaxed and comfortable pace. Really creating a healing effect. Thank you so much, doctor.

I have been through a lot. However at least my shoulder joints never hurt anymore. Was not the case during my 20's and during my 30's though. A surgery back then did help shoulder pain a lot. So did leaving a marriage. And staying away from any professional 'helper' trying to convince me that the only reason for the pain was my own doing after telling them the truth. Like when trying to convince me it was only because I had done too much swimming.

Thank you, Dr. Furlan, for posting this video. I suffer from osteoarthritis in my left shoulder and it gets very painful I find the information and exercises extremely useful. Hopefully, if I do the exercises and things improve, I will not require surgery.

this is great. in other videos the 'doctor' says put your arms up and hang from a bar. er… no.. can't get my arm higher than my shoulder, so these techniques really understand how disabling our injuries are. Im trying these exercises out all week and fingers crossed. Thanks!
