Love these workouts. I was doing these pretty regularly until my cancer diagnosis. SO, after chemo and after radiation it has still taken me a few months to get back to the workouts. My most difficulty is motivation… but today I did a 30- minute and got through the entire workout! YAY! AND thank you for creating these exercises for older adults!
