I am 74 yrs old male. I usually get lower back pain if I stand for long time, for instance, while doing dishes, cleaning the stove top etc. But I got sciatica when I was working in the yard standing up trying to dismantle slats from palettes. I like the stretches in this video, and the first two I did gave me some relief. I even slept on floor on camping mat. In the morning it felt little better, but while making breakfast, it came back. I was hoping these stretches will do the trick.
OH. MY! I did everything he said on this video just one time and my pain went from a 8 to a 3. I’ll be doing these stretches again tomorrow. Thank you so much! Great job describing the stretches.

I have been in EXTREME pain….not only have sciatica but also kidney stones on top of it….did these stretches and pain went from a 10 to a 4….ive tried anything and everything I could think of…even ordered a tens unit….for even just the relief u gave me THANK U! At 3:30 this morning I searched for help with the sciatica pain that has been keeping me up at night.
