I stepped into the batter's back foot depression in the batter's box last night, I almost lost my footing but completed the play. The damage was done and my right Achilles tendon seized up as soon the game was over. I sprained/ strained it during track it took 5 weeks for it to heal and now the lower part of the calf is sore according to goggle the muscle is getting stronger

Hi, Great video. My Question, At what point do you know if its tendonitis or its a tear? I'm currently walking around on the ball of my foot.
I Can't put any pressure on my heal, unless at rest. (non weight bearing)
