Debbie Mcclure says:

I am disabled and virtually no core strenght. It's exhausting to just walk across the floor and have to use a walker when I go out or one of the electric wheelchairs at Walmart. I had covid last year and am having a hard time getting any strength back. I wasn't in good physical strength b4 that either though. I've been sick about ten years and almost died several times but God kept. I'm sure he has reasons. My mom passed Feb 1st was a year ago. I fell into a dark place and put on alot of weight. I need to get in a better place mentally and physically. I'm hoping this helps. It seems like it's easy enough for now and work my way up to harder workouts eventually. Tyfs God bless you

priyamvada Chaturvedi says:

Why do you do most of the exercises with bent knee. Are we supposed to bend the knee while doing exercises?
